Interim CEO appointments
I am best suited to roles with a transformational element, to get you into a better place and ready for a new permanent Chief Executive appointment. Generally these are part-time and 3-12 months in duration.
Governance reviews
I can undertake a full review of your current governance arrangements against the Charity Governance Code and sector best practice, and propose and support you with changes.
Strategy development
I can work with you to develop a new strategy from scratch, or review and propose shifts to your current strategy, business planning or governance arrangements.
Mentoring and critical friend
I can mentor CEOs, other senior leaders, or Trustees based on my experience in all three capacities. I also support you as a regular ongoing resource for constructive feedback and advice.
Board development, training and recruitment
I can support you with developing your senior team and Board, reviewing agendas, culture, papers and operations. I can carry out skills and/or diversity audits, propose changes to get you into a better place, or help you with inclusive recruitment.
Incorporation
I can project manage a full incorporation or change of legal vehicle, or support with a full review and amendment of your current governing document.
Skills-based volunteering
I can support you with starting or enhancing your use of skills-based volunteers, diversifying your volunteer base and wider programmes.
Promoting staff wellbeing
I can support you establishing and maintaining hybrid and remote management cultures that place an emphasis on staff wellbeing, and a happy and engaged team.
